And now the challenge. After three months of easy gym access and high motivation, I'm relocating to Guatemala for a spell. Unlike where I am now, there are lots of challenges: food, booze and being sedentary. I've arranged a bike to ride and hope to take up yoga. But it's going to require a lot of effort to continue the progress made over the past three months.
Since Feb 6th: 20 pounds lost and 1766 km cycled. That's 1098 miles.
To quote James Brown: 'I feel good!'
