haven't stepped on the scale since Tuesday when I had that doctor's appointment but for some reason in my head I am still stuck at that ungodly weight, at least it's ungodly to me because I had been in the 160's and now thanks to the doctor I feel like I'm not where I'd like to be., along with that I feel like I haven't had any time for myself to be able to do anything I need in order to get the weight off, well I guess that's what I get for helping people out. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that I can get down to the 159 even by the end of the month if not it doesn't matter cuz I'm going to keep on working and keep on fighting to get where I want to be. 🍀
