Went to the neighborhood Farmers Market last night. More than half of the vendors were selling prepared foods and crafts instead of fresh veggies. We succumbed to a chocolate chip s'mores cookie, which we shared after a supper of fresh trout and gumbo. It was all delish.
I haven't overeaten yet today. I feel guilty at the moment because I should be going to a neighbor's funeral visitation, but I'm skipping it. Just got back from helping my mom's elderly friend and I'm tired.
