Day 3 of the 16-8 diet plan..... It's one of those days when you wakeup and all you can think about is "Have I lost any weight yet"..... So I just had to jump on them there scales(which I said I would only do once a week, to be honest I always say that) then came that feel good factor, 2lb off..... Oh Happy Days!!!..... Still not feeling hungry though yesterday my calorie intake was 1,045 still did not manage to do the 1200-1400 as I felt very full and I did not want to eat just for the sake of it.....Speak soon MM x
