Going up to Oklahoma for the weekend to see my sisters and spend some time with them. HOPING to stick to my diet..since this is only my third day. I have faith in myself, I think I want it more this time just to prove to myself I can. I've been off soda for three days now too, and I'm having terrible caffeine headaches at night, think I might get a cup of coffee if it persists tonight. The last thing I need with two little sisters is a headache :/ Well words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Plan ahead. Take some good food and snacks with you. You can do this. Remember if you're not hungry, food is not the answer. For me, when I get around relatives we sit at the kitchen table and talk. That's fine as long as there are no chips, etc that you will just munch away on. Great job with the soda (might want to bring some water if you're hooked on a particular brand). I hate caffine headaches. They will pass. hang in there. You can do it. You are headed in the right direction. Keep going
