Today and next 5 days is going to be High Fat, High Protein Low carb diet.

6 Almonds and 5 grams of walnut at 08:00 Hrs as breakfast
1 Boiled Egg at 11:00 Hrs as snack
3 Boiled Egg at 13:00 hrs as Lunch
1 glass (200ml) of Freshly prepared Lime juice at 17:00 Hrs
3 Boiled Egg at 19:30 Hrs as dinner

Water:

750Ml at 9:45 hrs
500ml at 11:30 hrs
750ml at 14:00 hrs
500ml at 18:00 hrs
750ml at 21:00 hrs

Exercise
Climb 219 Stairs at 11:30
Walking -1kms at speed of 3kms/hr at 13:30
Climb 219 Stairs at 16:30
Walk - 1kms at speed of 3kms/hr at 21:30
do 20 pushups 19:00
Do 20 Squats (without weight) at 19:00

I'm on low carb and 6-7 days of working out. I loss 7lbs last week. It was my first week on the low carb. I'm continuing on it. 👌🏾

Be careful with almonds and walnuts as a guy. Both lower testosterone. Brazil nuts, pecans and macadameon nuts do not.

@trucker Larry, My current BP is at 120/70 (the normal level) but the sugar is at 155 which is at the higher side (been like that for past 20 years which i am not cared that much. @ApacheTiger37, I am taking just 6 almonds and 5 grams of Walnut which i think should not affect the testosterone. Brazil nuts macadameon nuts is little tough but will see how to include Pecans into this one. Thanks for the suggestion.

Will keep on posted everyday (though not possible for pics, but will try). Yes It is tough for a foodie. This time i am determined.

look up ketogenic diet. Low carb, moderate protein, high fat it used as diabetic treatment. If ypu consume to much protein your body will convert it to sugar for use leaving you at square 1. Keep carbs under 20g/day. good luck

Good luck with this. I could never do it. No teeth for the nuts and the lime juice would certainly fight with my GERD meds. You must be truly dedicated. Let us know how you are doing.

Sounds like a great idea, but do you think you might want to vary your protein source a bit? I love eggs, but in moderation. Seems like you might be missing a LOT of micro and macros with such a strict dietary intake?

@Char Gets Thin, this is for one week, next week i am changing to mediam carb (about 50g) medium Protein and low fat. I am alternating my diet to keep the constant pace of giving what's necessary. at this point yes i am not adding much of variety in food. However, from tomorrow, I am taking Mushrooms at night instead of egg and add one slice of cheese.
