WOW, yesterday was a GREAT day. Just like Tony the Tiger used to say.
GREAT!!!
I had to go grocery shopping, and when I was getting dressed, I decided to try on some of my "skinny" pants.
They fit!!!
They are a size 14, and they are a bit stretchy, but they don't look like a "gnats ass stretched across a washtub" so they fit very well. BTW, that is one of my Mom's sayings when things were too tight to be wearing anywhere.
So yesterday was a great day for me. I don't care what my scales say, I am losing inches if not pounds.
I am a very happy girl!!!

What a great journal entry. Your Mom's saying? The best saying I ever heard! Lol 😂. You are making progress Sharon even if the scale isn't moving as fast as you want. Just remember? If you lose too quickly you have a higher chance of a rebound weight gain. It's consistently been shown that a slow steady weight loss is most effective because you are practicing the behavior modification longer and the changes in your eating habits have a better chance of becoming established.
