It's official - 60 days before My Wedding!
It's time to get back to the calorie counter kick! I want to get lean and mean for the wedding and honeymoon and I realize that the only way I am ever going to succeed is to keep an eye on my intake again. I have been out of commission here because of sheer laziness however based on my calorie counting habits I had "some" idea of portions. The issue is not being able to see a hard number makes it easier to over-do it.
So here's to getting even leaner than I have been!
