I lost another pound because I have been so busy and running around so much. I'm sure a lot of people know the feeling. I bought a cute outfit for my sister in-law's shower this weekend. I am really excited for Christmas, but I have to face the crowds again today this time to get my groceries for the holidays. Being out in the crowds is definitely something that can stress me out, but I just have to remember it could be so much worse.

Hi, know the feeling about being stressed with crowds - but this year (I now work full time) I had my food delivered home - it arrived an hour ago - very decadent I know, but I feel really chilled! Gave me a chance to catch up on the other million and one things needing doing! Have a great Christmas - I am not on this site much these days due to family commitments!!!! K xxx
