This is what I am doing!!!
PROTEIN WHEY – ½ SCOOP 3 X’S A DAY WATER – 10 GLASSES A DAY MULTI-VITAMIN 1 X A DAY FISH OIL AT EACH MEAL
BREAKFAST 2 Eggs or 3 egg whites 1 slice of rice bread or ½ cup of cereal (gluten free)
LUNCH 4 oz of cooked veggies or 8 oz of raw veggies 5.5 oz of protein ( Fish, Tuna, Chicken, Turkey, Steak ) 4 oz of fresh fruit
DINNER 5.5 oz of protein 4 oz of cooked veggies or 8 oz of raw veggies 1 slice of rice bread or ½ cup of cereal (gluten free) or a serving of gluten free crackers ( may have 1 TBL of Hummus)
After ideal weight you can add a small potato or fist size of gluten free noodles to dinner.
