I just didn't have enough hours yesterday to even sit down to record my foods or journal. Sorry!!!! By the time I got home to stay, I ate supper, showered and went directly to bed. Exhausted.
WOE/WOL is going very well. FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!!! Didn't get in all my veggies yesterday and working harder on that today. When I don't get in the much needed veggies for the day, I really feel crappy.
Hope all are well and safe. Sure hope I didn't miss much, but it really couldn't be helped. Friend continues to get worse, my sons girlfriend was up to the hospital with contractions, NO, no baby yet,but soon, and then had to meet a guy to get some things needed for the horses. It was a very busy day.
