Now I've had a couple of nights back in my bed I've set my alarm an hour earlier and will be getting on the bike and weights first thing in the morning...I'm just wiped at the end of the day...

I'll weigh in tomorrow to see how bad being out of town was. I'm sure having 12 beer on Saturday night wasn't the best choice I could have made, but it was a very stressful week and we got it done...even the client couldn't believe that we pulled it off...now on to the next project. This time I'm getting involved from the start, not after everything starts falling appart...this should be much better.

Now I need to start paying more attention to the exercise that I am doing. Do I want to be thinner or in shape...in shape takes more commitment to exercise with the same commitment to diet. So it's time to move to the next phase. Same food, more exercise...
