Wow ... I'm out of steam!!! I was so upbeat and positive this morning and now I am plain tuckered out!! LOL!!! Just finished my dinner ... boneless chicken breasts cooked in yummy balsamic vinegar. There is no one here other than my dog. Hubby had a class out of town today. He'll be home later tonight. Now to stay out of the snacks!!!

I have those days too! All I know is when I'm idle I think about snacking! LOL I try to keep my hands and mind busy by cleaning or reading. I especially want to snack when I'm in front of the tv and it doesn't help that I'm watching shows about food! LOL Hope you're able to stay away from the bad snacks. :)

No worries ... no "out of bounds" snacking for me. I had a hearty portion of boneless chicken breasts earlier and am drinking water!! I'd really like a cup of decaf but don't want to brew a whole pot. It will be bedtime soon. Guess I could make a cup of instant. Or tea perhaps. Decisions, decisions, decisions!!! I've spent far too much time this past month eating everything I could lay my hands on. I want to feel more comfortable in my body again. Once you feel it ... you miss it when it is gone. Still have quite a bit of dropping to get back to a more comfortable zone but I'll get there. Just need to be good to me!!!

Glad you stayed out of the snacks. That's always a challenge isn't it? I am really trying to eat better and more regular. Seems like I stopped working and my routine went out the window. I am slowly working my way back. Hope your hubby is back home with you now. Mine won't be back until tonight. The longest he has been away and with company I wasn't able to go with him.
