I stayed up too late last night...couldn't drag my butt out of bed at 5:30am to exercise...try again tomorrow, but I'm going to bed at 10:30 tonight.

My diet is getting more regular again, calories are around the 2200cal mark (which is under my RDI) I really need to get back into the exercise routine. I will make a point of walking the dog tomorrow night...poor guy hasn't had a walk in a while and deserves to be walked daily (the loop we do is approx 4km ~ 2.5 miles) My daughter takes him for walks after school, but she doesn't go that far...

Almost forgot...weigh in...I'll do that right away & post it...could be bad...

I have not been motivated to exercise either. It has been busy at work, and that is draining of my energy resources mentally. Anyway, good job maintaining, keep it up!
