My weight loss might seem impressive but sadly it’s due to an illness that I’ve been cursed with. Diverticulitis and a blocked bowel, which thankfully has been cleared. So be very careful when dieting my friends and make sure you drink plenty of water.

I have the same disease. I had to have an op. Before I started using fatsecret, I was going to the loo about 4-8 times every morning. The low cal diet definitely works in two ways for me!
