I've shared this previously on Reddit but thought I'd share it here too. I had this for lunch today; more carbs than I'd like in one meal but it isn't too bad if I stay low the rest of the day I guess.
The whole thing has as many calories as ONE slice of regular pizza, but it's as filling as a whole meal.

That looks awesome! We occasionally use Joseph's oat bran pitas and I'm suddenly wondering if I could use that as a pizza base. Thank you for the idea!
