Bought a Vita-mix yesterday, this was purchase was not really related to my attempt to lose weight, simply I killed my old blender and wanted something that can take a beating. Of course I also look forward to making lots of stuff with it with fresh ingredients.
I still need to calculate the calories of my last couple morning smoothies but I don't have accurate info for them yet.
Breakfast was skipped today leaving me hungry. The spaghetti I had for lunch isn't recorded as it was homemade leftovers and I have no measurements from when it was made.
