Mix together:
4 tbsp butter
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp rosemary
(+ Whatever other spices you'd like)
Pour into a greased oven safe dish. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from dish and cut into cubes.
Grease a cookie sheet and spread cubes on it. Bake for 10 more minutes until crispy.
The actual stuffing step is where methods may vary. I kept it simple since I'd never done this and didn't want to ruin it. Some recipes call for sausage crumbles, more vegetables, more broth, etc. so just be creative and use what you like. Here is what I did:
Dice onions (I only used about 2 oz) and sauté with oil in a frying pan.
Add the croutons and bone broth (I used 4 oz) to the frying pan and cover with lid. Steam for 5-10 minutes or until consistency is as desired.
