scale is broken so I'm not sure if this weight is accurate. but I wanted to do a journal entry because today is Thanksgiving we are all getting geared up to stay successful! my plan/ goal is to avoid the appetizers completely, to drink only a little bit of alcohol or none at all, and to have one plate of Thanksgiving dinner and one piece of pie. on that one plate of Thanksgiving dinner, I will avoid foods that I don't totally love. So I can probably skip the cranberry and the rolls but definitely going to have mashed potatoes turkey and green bean casserole. I can skip the gravy and butter too. we can do this everyone!
