Although I followed my diet poorly this past 2 weeks, I am not going to be so hard on myself. I made good food choices, but the poor weight loss was the result of 6-7 adult beverages within a 2 week frame and a reduction in my fresh fruit and veggie intake. I know my flaws, therefore I will begin TODAY more carefully watching my food intake vs activity levels.
I also worked out for 30 minutes, 3 days last week (T,W,TH). I am attempting 3 days this, I went last night for 45 minutes and am headed back this evening and my goal is an hour (45mins cardio/15mins weights). I am totally siked about beginning the Buns,Abs, and Thighs class at my gym next week. Time to burn fat!!!
