Day 3 came and went - was tougher than the first two days, but was able to ride it through.

Today is Day 4 and I did my weight in, and restarted my diet. I wasn't surprised I had pretty much gained much of the weight back I lost last year, but I know I can do this, since I have done it more than a few times now.

This time I have set my goal weight to be roughly 25 pounds from where I am today. I am hoping this will help keep me inspired a few months down the road, as I think that was the problem last year as I set my goal weight so low I lost my motivation 6 months into my program.

You did it before, you can do it again. That's what I tell myself all the time too. I also lost a lot of weight last year, got so much closer to my goal, and then gained it all back. Setting better goals sure helps with motivation! Good luck!!
