I was at 195.3 this morning. Hope to go down from there before Sunday. And stay down 😀. I did not go to water aerobics this morning. A couple excuses - was up most of the night because my dog had diarrhea and kept having to go outside. And because my back was hurting and I thought it might need a rest. And because I was going to have to decorate my grandmothers Christmas tree today. But excuses won’t get rid of this fat so tomorrow I must go. Met my protein macro again today even though it isn’t really easy to eat more than once these days. Probably all the darn water. 100 oz is rather filling. At this point all I eat is protein so no difficulty staying under 20 carbs. I’m sure I will get hungry again sooner than I want.
