I planned to go to water aerobics class this morning but slept through it. So I guess I am 2 days into 2018 and I have 2 fails. But I have 2 wins also. I have done my 25 squats both days. That is better than nothing 😊. I’ve also been eating on plan even with yesterday’s peanut butter overload. I will go to class tomorrow. I will set an alarm. Actually I have 3 wins 😊- I have logged all my food both days as well. Yay!
