Those are some simple yet effective rules to follow, sleep is where I need most improvement. I've mastered the laughter part and it is truly the best medicine and stress buster, having seen first hand what stress and anxiety has done to friends, family and co-workers I have learned from them that it's not worth it and it will age you fast. Thanks for posting that.
