I believe it is all about calories in vs calories out... i know it works and also aiming to pull through this time. low carb, low fat and high protein works for me.... all the best with your journey...

Thanks daedt! Have you ever tried c25k? I’m pretty happy with my keto diet as it is really making me feel great. Just to get my exercise routine back in order now... have started for the third time now. Previously stopped at week 7 😬
