@hibadivee no, I don’t work out, can’t find time... that’s why I decided I needed to cut carbs since my lifestyle has changed, my way of eating needed to change too. No more Starbucks fraps and pizza, tacos, cake... 😩
In September 2017 I first went keto, lost 27lbs, FAST! Then took a six week break due to Thomas Fire and Mudslide... gained a little back ☹️
But today will be day 4 back at it and I’ve already dropped a decent amount, going on 6.8lbs!!

@maantoor it's a chopped cabbage and romaine salad with with pepitas. Then I added soyrizo and eggs, topped with sour cream, cheddar and melindas hot sauces.
