Don't be so hard on yourself. Planning to eat three apples a day? That might work short term. My suggestion would be to check low carb options and put some protein into each of your meals. You won't feel so hungry (or hangry...mad and hungry). Check out online sites such as keto calculator or weight loss to get ideas, calories and micros to fit into your lifestyle. There some great low carb veggies and cheeses that make losing weight easier. Fat isn't the enemy anymore. You can have that slice of bacon, etc as long as it fits under your calories for the day or the week! You can do this!! I am rooting for you no matter how you decide to proceed.

Thanks kattay thanks for your advice. will look into it :) sometime i do have cheating day where i ate chicken, fish and red meat. Its just that due to my tight schedule i less rest. daily i only manage to get 4hrs of sleep. maybe just maybe bcoz of lack of rest i gain some weight haha. But its ok, i manage to do my 5 times a week daily 5-10km walk and hope to lose more in the future. Usually if i into diet i will follow my diet --> Eating routine and greentea diet~ Monday= water retention by eating alot of watermelons. Drink alot of plain water. Tuesday= vege such as broccoli, carrot and cabbage. Drink alot of plain water. Wednesday= morning fruits, afternoon vege, evening fruits and night vege. Thursday= morning eat a banana and a glass of milk, eat 2 banana between lunch, for lunch eat 2 banana and a glass of milk, eat 2 banana in the evening and for night 2 banana n glass of milk. Friday= throught out the day i must atleast eat 12 tomatoes and a cup of rice for lunch. Drink over 12 glass of water. Saturday= eat vege for the whole day, eat 1cup of rice for lunch and drink 12 cups of water. Sunday= fruits and vege for the whole day and 1 cup of rice during lunch. As usual drink alot of plain water everyday.. Fyi i use sugar blocker greentea to reduce sugar intake for fruits and its help :) once again thank you kattay. i will try my best and will never give up.

Never giving up is a major key. If something doesn't work try another. Getting more protein such as chicken, fish, or a bit of red meat does help with satiety. Again, most success is staying under a calorie deficit no matter what plan you try. I steadily read everything under nutrition and wellness articles that I can get online to keep motivated. Good luck!!
