Traveling this week and this definitely makes it more challenging to loss weight or maintain my weight loss. I have exercised everyday so far, which feels good. Still adjusting to the time change and the jet lag. By the time I am adjusted I will be turning around and coming home. Today I took the morning to recoup a little because yesterday was crazy busy. I am going to a late afternoon tea and then out to dinner with my husband later. I need to get some veggies in.

Thanks yogamad! I love the diet calendar. Even if it isn't 100% accurate, it is pretty close. I like using it.
