I wanted to get a weigh in done tonight, but I am just too tired...up at 5:30am after being out on a "date night" with wifey until 12:30...so 4.5hrs of sleep and a very full day...rode my motorcycle 200kms to take part in a charity walk for Cystic Fibrosis (5k) then went to my sister's to help her out (about 50kms), then rode 200kms home again. Outside all day! I had a great day, but I'm wiped...

Back at it again tomorrow, right after the doctor's appointment (blood work follow up for my diabetes...regular quarterly check up)
