I have a big smile on my face this morning! Down 6 lbs. I know that doesn't sound like much but that is HUGH to me. I realize now that I have to be on 1100 calories or less per day. Super duper cardio elliptical and biking every day! This was probably the hardest 6 lbs ever, But no plateau yet so I'm sticking with the same plan for now. 24 more to go! Yeeee Haaaaa!
