Day 1 of water fast..so far so good. I'm bit uncomfortable, but nothing serious. I'm using a mixture of Himalayan Pink Salt, No salt (Potassium) and Lemon juice for electrolytes in one liter (just at quart ASE) of water. a cup or two of Black coffee with a bit of MCT oil once a day. Going for 4 days; may not make it but, I'm definitely doing 2 days..Just to make sure I'm fat adapted. I'm thinning down fast, I can see it my face and sides..T-shirt that was TIGHT on me three weeks ago is now hanging loose. not going to weigh in until June it's a Psychological thing.
