I’m still not recording a weight. Sadly my travel apparently bound me up. I took probiotics, 3 magnesium tablets and 2 overnight laxative tablets yesterday. Still no go. Frustrating. I’m supposed to go on a hike tomorrow. Not sure if I should since my knee still hurts but I really want to go!! My luck is ‘things’ would break loose mid-hike tomorrow 🙄. For today I guess I will just lay here and try to heal. Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday
