According to the scale in Publix (that a grocery chain down south in the US) I've lost 10lbs since last week. 276 to 266 fully clothed and loaded. Dunno how accurate it is but its a nice scale, gotta be close..Day 2 of Water fast is almost over...yep I'm going for the brass ring. Drivin' on to a day three...

Congrats! As long as you are using the same scale to check your weight you should be good, different scales may vary a few pounds.
