It's been over a week since I've had a delivered pizza. Not that I don't think about my first love everyday haha. But the cravings for it have slowly died down. I promised my wife (who by the way has been very supporting and at times offering words of encouragement) that I wouldn't order a Cemeno's (my favorite here in Joliet, IL) until I lost 10lbs. I figure it would be a nice reward and since I've done all the calculations I'm sure it won't set me back.
Side Note aka Side Effect: Been eating stuff with Splenda for the past two days and have diarrhea for just as long.
Diet Rite: (made the switch to a Splenda drink vs an Aspartame drink)
Minute Maid Lite: Didn't realize they added Splenda. Just thought it was a watered down O.J.
Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup: Loves me some Choco Milk.
I just wish all the brands that have Splenda were as up front as DIET RITE is. They put the logo front and center.
