Here I am folks trying to get my weight back on track again seriously going to give it a very good try!!!!.....been stuffing my face and drinking to much like you do when things aren't going the way you want.....Weighed myself this morning shock of my life.....the signs were there a few months ago when I couldn't do up my trousers but didn't do a thing about it!!!!..... What a Wally..... Now its going to be harder to get the lbs off.....been logging my food intake for a few days now and realised that I should have continued with the diary good or bad and maybe it may have clicked a little bit sooner then it did.....The war on flab is back on Peeps..... Happy Dieting.....BFN

I’m in the same club as you but I have an illness that makes loosing weight that much harder. We can only try and do our best and hope that’s enough. Good luck with your weight loss!

Hi Michelleburl we can only give each other good encouragement and hope the outcome will be good I've overcome to major ops and was feeling sorry for myself and the food and drink definitely did their worst

Hi jacshadow.....well done you what type of diet are you following??? I'm just doing 1200 to 1400 cals per day hopefully to lose 1 or 2 lbs per week

My downfall is that crafty glass or two of wine with our evening meal, my Hubby does and so that's my excuse !!!!

Hi maggymay . I did 6 weeks of the blood fasting diet by Michael Mosley (very strict at 800 cals) and yesterday I changed to ketogenic. I'm still finding out all the do's and don'ts around it but I'm eating 1200 cals and losing small amounts almost daily. I've only at most 10 lb to lose as I'm 127.6 and a size 10 now so that's great and I'll be 60 this year! I was a size 14 at the start of this year and lost 7lb calorie counting but changed to blood fasting cause I stalled. I lost a stone in 6 weeks on blood fasting .Hope this helps and good luck on your journey 😊

You can do it and you can still enjoy a 🍷 everything in moderation, don’t be too hard on yourself

If you look at some of the low carb studies they did, especially the Mediterranean ones, THEY NEVER gave up their wine at night! LOL Just include it in your carb count. And carry on! LOL 😆 One glass a night is not a killer, a WHOLE bottle? Well? That’s a different story. LOL 🙋🏻
