Hi Folks, been a week since the first weigh in and the result for me is a good start.....Just logging daily everything I eat and drink except for the extra glasses of water I consume ( I keep a glass by the kitchen tap ) is a big must.....Now I've started I feel really positive, So Onwards and Downwards I say!!!.....Raining here in Derbyshire today no Gardening for me, I love being outside Pottering about with the dogs, it seems too have been a very long winter this year and colder than most, I must have been storing extra body fat to keep me warm ( that's my excuse )....Roll on Summer.....BFN MM x
