Avoided the donuts at work today...but the muffins got me...had one at lunch and another just before leaving (worked a little late...no excuse though)

The rest of the day was pretty good...could probably have done without the two cookies at dinner too...I guess it was a bit of a weak day.

Tomorrow is another day.
