I'm happy with myself...did the workout again today...weight training & exercise bike...didn't know your forearms could sweat...

No weigh in tonight...that will have to wait for a day or two...also watching the type of foods I'm eating...one piece of cake today wasn't the best choice, but still under my RDI and I wasn't hungry...a really good sign.

That is the only part of my body besides my bald head that sweats a lot, and that is my forearms. Riding the bike seems to keep parts of me dry.
