First day of Egg Fast, going well...Keeping with 4-5 hour eating window.. So far so good. If you're not familiar with the Keto-egg fast. Look it up on Youtube or someplace. Good way to get back on track fast. Current plan is to do Keto Egg fast for three days, then move into a HARD DRY (no food, or water) for three days after that). Trying to get below 250lbs before my Birthday on the 21st. Weigh in Next Monday.
