Easter weekend interfered with my diet plans. Have to start eating better!! Those friggen cookies and chocolates!! oh well, started walking, jogging on Monday. not losing weight but at least I feel good. Now just to stick to the plan. sticking to all other mundane routines also helps, gets u in the right frame of mind. getting there..... 🤣
