Gradually been knocking bread on the head plus potatoes for the past few days and trying to keep the carbs around the 50 mark until my body starts to adjust before I commit myself fully to the diet, today I have a pounding headache which I've been told is the norm.....My big shop is on Friday when I shall be purchasing some low carb foods and full fat stuff which I haven't really bought for ages.....that Diet Doctor website has really helped and the recipes look so scrummy, tried the chicken zoodle soup its really nice.....The raw milk that I've been buying has helped my IBS tenfold, I'm very reluctant to give that up as there's been no bloating no lower intestinal pain hardly any gas and my bowel habits have really improved so I will just have to watch the carbs, same goes for the kefir they are a must for me so will have to include these on the diet....Looking forward to the mini heatwave this week.....TTFN
