I'm a little surprised with the loss, but not really. I drank a 12pk of beer this weekend and didn't really watch what I was eating, but didn't go over board with portions...that's probably what saved me.
I need to do more meal planning and get back to basics for the diet, exercise is coming along nicely...not quite where I want to be, but definitely an improvement.
