Just realised on 24.04.2018 that I need to lose some weight (15kg) as I started to look and feel worse. I used to eat many fatty snacks and sweets at night time and I used to drink a few cans of Coca Cola per day and I also loved McDonald’s and takeaway’s. I’m feeling a bit depressed that I can’t enjoy the things I like, but I’m looking forward to losing that extra 15kg :)
