I am a 36 year old wife and stay at home mommy of 4 beautiful girls- 10,9,7 and a baby girl born Nov 25, 2010. We homeschool the older three. I currently attend school online for medical coding and billing. we are currently a military family in the United States Army and are stationed in Fort Stewart, GA. I joined Fat Secret to give me some accountability. My problem is if I don't journal what I eat, then my mind thinks I did not eat it but my body does and shows it well. I would like to be at a healthy weight by the time my husband comes home in June/July from deployment.
