I always smile but today I cried. I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my feet and I did not see that coming. Right now I feel terribly sorry for myself because I though having severe fibromyalgia was just enough for me to handle and still manage to look like I am fine. Truth be told I am not fine anymore and I need to make big changes if I want to reduce pain. Perhaps being here and structuring my thoughts and food plans for the next day will send me off in the right direction. *deep in thought*...taking it one day at a time.
