I am 75 years old. Retired early childhood professor. I was happy with my weight until I was just over 60 years old. For a variety of reasons (traveling for a job, not being able to exercise as much as I had previously, unhappy marriage, etc.) I began to gain weight. I am not comfortable or happy with this weight! I saw myself on video the other day, and I was shocked and appalled! LOL!
I am now divorced and living in a small town on the Texas coast.
