I started WW over 30 years ago. I have struggled with my weight all my life. At one point I kept the weight off for 10 years. It seems inevitably it comes back. I now am attending WW meetings monthly but need to change to weighing in every week for the accountability. It looks like I will be attending meetings the rest of my life. That is preferable to being fat.
