I have done the HCG in the past with much success, I was very pleased with my results. Unfortunately, my bad eating habits took over and I have regained the 60lbs originally lost. Im a female in my 50's with average health and low on the activity side, I guess you can call it lazy. LOL

I have just started the VLCD today is D5 and im down 8.6lbs. Yeah!!!

Im taking a whole slew of vitamins so that I dont run into any health issues. Im doing it on my own without doctor's monitoring. YIKES!!!

I'm 5'1", todays weigh in was 189.2. Im doing the injections, wich I mixed myself and very excited about dropping the remaining 50#s that are dragging me down.
