I am 22 years old, a full time nursing student and a very happy newlywed! I have been struggling with my weight my whole life. I think i've always been on a diet! I am ready to make this a life style change tho, not just something to follow until i'm at my desired weight. I'm excited about this diet and i hope that i get the results i've been waiting for!
