hello friends!
a little bit about me i'm 24 yo. i was obese a year ago with almost hitting 95 kg, now i'm in 1200-1400 kkal daily intake for deficit mode hence i won't resist that bunch of 1500-2000 kkal food sometimes. this app has been helping me to lose weight after more than a year. i'm tracking my calories every single day. i usually lose/gain 0,5 kg weekly. now i'm already losing almost 20 kg and still have more numbers to go. the reason why i love learning and doing this program 'calorie deficit' is because it's simply the healthiest way to lose weight, so i can have more experience and observation about nutrition and my body development. what about food? i still put a pinch of salt, sugar, and spices but i'd like to do clean and plain sometimes for good health reasons. other else? i love snacking the most of all. i do exercise 2-3 times every week. i'm focusing on cardio and free weight too. my goal is not only to have specific body type/body shape, it's nice being fit in your tight jeans somehow, but i also have this diet to feel happier, better, healthier, and more empowered mind, body and soul. it's really help me to be aware and awake to learn and open up about well nutritions and body positivity. be grateful, learn, unlearn, and relearn.

ps: if you see my timeline i mostly posted my snacking routines, believe me i'm still eating healthy and fresh. mom's cooking at its best.
